Co-lead on Pasco County website redesign. In this role, I am responsible for maintaining the Pasco County website. Produce and publish content creatively. Oversee the layout of the website (i.e., images, graphics, videos, and artwork). Ensure content is up to date. Proofread and edit material. Communicate with internal customers to create and/or update departmental web content. Analyze data, and analytics and seek to increase reader engagement. Use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure content is searchable across platforms. Collaborate with coworkers to come up with creative content ideas that are customer focused.

As a Records Compliance Specialist, I was responsible for providing information assistance and services to citizens and employees, via telephone or other forms of communication. Prepared and maintained written correspondence as required. Performed routine duties including data entry and retrieval. Adhered to Florida Statutes Chapter 119 Public Records. Maintained and supervised County records following the General Records Schedules. Completed all assignments within the specified timeframe and budgeted as directed per agency policies and regulations.

During my Internship with Pasco County, I was tasked to research ADA/Accessibility and formulate a training plan to educate employees. I led the Accessibility Training Project, launched the program for Pasco County employees and successfully turned it over to the Training and Development team. Converted many documents to an accessible format. Assisted in launching the MyPasco Mobile App and tested functionality including ADA/Accessibility capabilities. Worked with Closed Captioning audiovisual and hardware. Developed network diagram using Microsoft Visio detailing Closed Captioning setup.

Volunteered to Pasco County for 3 months on an Active Directory (AD) Security Audit saving the County a total of $106,080. This project involved extensive information gathering, research and cross-team collaboration.
